Our duck breasts are tender, juicy, and unbelievably delicious. We call them "steaks" because you can cook them just like a steak- best on a frying pan with salt and pepper. 
 
Our regular duck steaks are ~10-12oz, and our jumbo duck steaks are guaranteed 14.4 oz or larger.
